"Approaching my third year with laser clinics and I am constantly amazed by the results of the various services and treatments. Amanda the owner is wonderful with all customers and has the best staff going. All staff (too many to name personally) are professional, respectful and always make you feel great and are supportive of your goals regarding treatments at laser clinics. Whether it be laser hair removal or injectable treatments you are always in good hands here especially with Mel she is so gentle and kind. "Went in for my first botox In august. Repeatedly had issues where I had to have 4 top ups over the course of 2 months. I top up was in actual fact a whole second injection set in the same area and only half the area worked. The amount I was charged was ridiculous. Just under 2000 in total. I had my doubts it was being done correctly and when I spoke to whom I presume was the owner I had so many excuses. "Oh you metabolise it fast" "most men require way more" "disport takes 2 weeks to work".(disport does not take 2 weeks to take that long due to how it disperses) I understand people can metabolise it fast and men require more but I have gone elsewhere. Had it done for half the price. The amount they injected actually felt like what they said they were going to rather then an in out. within only 24hours from a new clinic I am feeling and seeing it starting to take action like it should have in the first place .This is what I was told to expect feeling wise when received botox. Not wondering why i could still move everything after every 2 week interval of waiting.the customer service is terrible but they are more then happy to keep taking your money with no apology just excuse after excuse. Absolutely appalled by the service I received. Consumer beware. I have never wanted to leave a bad review for a place like this but this has been such a daunting experience people really need to know since the owner doesn't really want to take any responsibility! !EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY! no not every effort was made. What you did was give every blanket excuse possible and it was evident that what you were doing was not working each time I was told it would. Funny that you say this yet at a new place within only 4 days the results you promised are showing. Bad form and a back handed apology.!"
