"I paid $27.25 for 4x M10x1.25 x100mm bolts and 4 washers.... I needed the bolts so I smiled an paid the money. Got home and called their Cairns branch to see what they would charge for the same bolt, they were charging $3.85 per bolt plus gst, I paid $5.88 per bolt, talk about Darwin Tax!! And yes I know if you buy a box you would normally pay less per item but a $2.08 difference in price between Darwin and Cairns? I wouldn't normally go out of my way to leave a negative review online, I would just never go back however I am sick of the fact just because you live in Darwin you get bent over! And what makes it worse is this company is owned by a Territorian.... not sure how much the owner has to do with the pricing but whoever is responsible needs a reality check.. Now I'm sure there will be a response like because we live in Darwin the freight cost is higher to get the parts here ect... ahh $2 per bolt? Doubt it.."

"Asked them for a copy of Disney's Bolt and left disappointed. Apparently that's not what they sell here... They do however stock a large range of hardware, tools, rigging gear, lifting gear and have some good specials on Kincrome gear, if you are into that sort of stuff. Staff are pretty friendly even though they don't have a copy of Bolt available they do have some pretty decent knowledge on tooling."
