"Ordered online at Riverside store on 1/12/22. The young person serving would not accept my order number, text or email proof. I provided my name and was told there was no order under my name. After waiting for 15 minutes, embarrassed and holding up the queue, and being repeatedly told “we need the name”. Eventually they found my order and handed me the order without even an apology. The chips were inedible unfortunately and the pizza cold. Does not entice me to return, but hopefully this feedback is passed on to avoid others experiencing this."

"Fist time ordering from Wiseguise Riverside. Completely underwhelming, exceptionally poor quality pizza. Stingy on toppings. Stingy on sauce. And even stingier on cheese. Asked for extra thin crust, but they couldn’t even manage to get that right. I received a thick, doughy, undercooked, cold piece of cardboard. Absolutely atrocious in every possible way."

"Last night I had a superb pizza - Capriciossa with anchovy from this business. It really was delicious and perfect. And the crust - base was not too thick at all. It was seriously yum, and if I had not had problems lodging review would have posted this last night. Delivery was handled well and within time they stipulated and delivery HOT not cold. All round excellent meal."

"Used to be good pizza. Ordered last night after not having them for probably a year or so and it was so dissapointing. Pick up was 40 minutes, got there told it would be another 10 minutes, then after that waited another 15 minutes in store with 6 others when the girl at the counter went out the back without allowing half of us waiting to ask about out orders for 5 plus minutes till one person waiting tried to ring the bell for the girl come back out. Finally got my pizza which by this point was luke warm and with near no toppings. Will be going to else where in the future."

"Great pizza! (vegan vegatali with pineapple) vegan cheese also available for extra $3. Wise guys get your act together - shouldn't be extra for vegan cheese or to replace the normal cheese with an extra non meat ingredient."
