"Waited at the till while 3 staff members decided that none of them wanted to attend customers wanting to pay for goods purchased in your store. After waiting for the attention from staff, I asked the women at the front if anyone them worked there as they seemed to be quite content with chatting away among themselves. As i departed the store, I was called rude by a member of staff. My teenage daughter informed me of the employees antagonistic comment. The woman continued to call me rude & was quite confrontational. Alarming behaviour from a mature aged woman working in a customer based role. I'm certain she is aware that this is not a justifiable way to engage with paying patrons."
