"It's not a bad place to spend a few hours on a rainy day in the school holidays to burn off some of the kids' energy. Plenty of parking. Booking in very easy and groups welcome. The steps going down to the play area are steep and not recommended for elderly people. There are a few areas in the cafeteria area to sit and watch though. The seating areas are again steep and hard. The main play area is very large and open. I think more suitable for 4 years to about 11yrs. There are other areas for younger children but , e did not enter that area. There were older kids in there, and they were not pushing in or hogging any particular area. Staff were constantly walking around, keeping an eye on things, and were helpful. The only problem was the Cafe, we tried to order a few coffee's and the only milk available was soy milk, so can't really comment on what the coffee or food was like. The cafeteria area did look a bit tired but was clean and tidy when we were there."

"Had a birthday party here last weekend for our 8 year old and was very disappointed with everything. We paid $325 for package and arrived to a bare table, very tired, dirty and smelly room. If I had of known that it would look so dismal I would have definitely brought my own decorations but it states in their package that they provide everything, just to bring lolly bags and cake. We needed to ask for everything, the young girl serving us was trying but seemed very under equiped. Had to ask for knife for cake, they had nothing to light the candles, they never gave us any forks or spoons for the cake so had to go to cafe and ask them. Kids liked the jumping and seemed to have fun but I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed in front of the other parents who seemed equally unimpressed with the establishment. They need way more staff, way more senior staff and a bit of makeover to the facilities."

"The inflatables are great for the kids to play on and my child had so much fun, she is two. The facilities however are lacking, there is no change table so you need to change your child either on the floor out in the open or on the floor in the toilet, neither option is pleasant or acceptable for a place that caters for all ages. As there isn't a parents room, there also wasn't somewhere I could heat my 9 month Olds bottle without bothering the lovely kitchen staff. However a lovely young lady did do it for me but she was busy and shouldn't need to worry about that."

"Very sad to say, but yesterday was worst customer service ever. Went there for my son's 1st birthday with a bunch of family. Yes they were busy but I ordered a larger chips waiting an hour went over the desk to ask about them and got told "sorry about that, I can't go into the kitchen though to ask, I'll just give a refund" besides the point though. While this was happening another lady asked about her coffee being made that one worker just walking away half way though making and told the other staff member that she "just had to go down stairs" and Igorned the staff member while also leaving the coffee half made to just sit there and the poor lady wondering what was happening to her coffee. Needs more staff, 20+ people in each line waiting to pay for the jumping and food and drinks while only having 1 staff member on the desk. I understand they were busy and people can only do what they can do but worse way to handle the situations. VERY disappointed."
