"The chicken is usually good. unless you order around dinner time. it gets very busy and your order can take 20 minutes to make, your chicken can become lukewarm and bad. but if you come between the morning and avo. orders shouldn't take long and the chicken will taste good."

"Ordered two zinger boxes one with bacon and cheese and paid for it as such.....got two regular zinger boxes no bacon and cheese. Just a lesson to check the order as you receive it. Also the billboard menus for drive in were down after 10pm......but the counter lady did a very good job explaining even with the whole paying for bacon and cheese and not getting it....."

"The care taken into delivery is absolutely appalling. The delivery might seem quick and easy, that because it generally is. Every few months, I order myself some KFC for lunch, and every single time the order is quick, but extraordinary low quality. Either the order is missing items, the foods significantly cold or the presentation is just garbage. This particular order though was astonishing. Food was delivered in less then 20 minutes, but the construction looks like it was just throw into the package and bagged up. Temperature wise, it feels it was pulled straight out of a fridge. The entire thing is just freezing. The indoor experience isn't all that great either. The staff team can be really disrespectful at times, or miss parts of order I had very explicitly explain to them. The tidyness of the place is generally very average but not so bad as for me to complain about it."

"My God this place is slow. I mean slow slow. Like KFC in general as a fast food place is unacceptably slow, but this one is particularly bad - so much so I usually avoid them. But every now and then we get tempted and then regret it. I have waited over 30 minutes to get food here before and it's not uncommon. I mean I like my food fresh so some waiting is expected but KFC really need to review their food making practices. 2 stars because KFC is really good when they get it right. And to those people saying the chips are ALWAYS fresh - you must be Hella lucky because I would say they are fresh 5% of the time. For example here is a photo of my current chips which have the texture of rolled cardboard (disclaimer - I have not actually tried rolled cardboard and this comparison may be inaccurate). But seriously the chips are consistently bad here. I will admit that when KFC chips are good they are unbeatable. Like so good that I keep getting them, even though I know there is a high chance they will be terrible, because when they get it right it's so nice. Anyways, you really need to try harder KFC, if you could fix your consistency and throughout, I really feel KFC would sell so much more in Australia. A lot of people don't get it because they know these issues exist and have done ever since I was a young boy. It's fairly universally agreed that KFC is this slow."
