Chipmunks Playland and Café

"Thank you Lisa!!!! Edwards 4th birthday! He had a great time and so did his birthday friends! Chips were really nice we ordered another lot. The equipment is so clean and different levels of activities for different ages, my son loved the hidden ball area where you put all the foam balls into machines. Children age 10 easily would have a great time due to how high slides were and exploring. We will be back as it’s a really awesome way to learn climbing skills, balancing, heights all in a safe area, perfect for children with motor skill delay such as my own boy. Lisa is a great lady who really takes pride in how her ship is run! My hat goes off to her ability to be an octopus managing everything. See you again soon"

"We were so excited to take our kids here and drove the hour round trip from Warwick for our son’s 3rd birthday. It was just under $50 for 3 kids to play. Unlike other play lands there are signs everywhere saying that parents are NOT allowed to play. I tried to help our 3yo up the stairs to go down an inflatable slide (I didn’t go down the slide I went back down the stairs) and within a few minutes they put a loud speaker call out reminding everyone in the play land of the rules on the inflatable slide. The staff are kind but very strict. We had brought a cake along which we were not allowed to even bring into the centre, we were asked to take it back out to the car. They have a good selection of food at their cafe, but it is seriously over priced and the coffee is unfortunately terrible. We asked if we could leave for a minute to sing happy birthday and have cake, we were told that we couldn’t do that otherwise we would have to repay the entry fee. I understand a business has to make money, but there’s still the need to entice your customers to return and we will not be coming back. The equipment itself is relatively cool and kept our 8yo, 5yo and 3yo entertained for the two hours we were there."

"We've been to many different chipmunks around Queensland and this one is by far the cleanest, well taken care of venue I've been too. The equipment is maintained, in great condition and safe. Every surface was clean and well kept. All of the entertainment options were working and my son had an absolute blast. Gluten free options available for food and drink. Thank you for providing such a great space."

"Attended the Halloween Party tonight with my 5 children. They had a fantastic time and I had peace of mind that they were safe (and not knocking on strangers doors). My youngest son even won one of the best dressed prizes. Food was also great and we didn't have to wait long for it! We've been to the play Cafe a few times before and always loved it, but tonight was extra special! Thanks for a great time!"
