"Rissoles where bland. Wouldnt reckon the Rissoles to anyone.. Also put them in bag which made them all squished. Compared to other butcher shops that have them in trays for this reason. Customer service was good, people are lovely and shop looked nice."

"Have noticed over the last few purchases of dog brisket bones, that you guys are getting lazier and lazier with the work you do. I've been purchasing brisket bones from you for probably a little over a year. They were great to begin with, but now I basically have to finish the job for you and still pay the same amount. In the pack it looks like they are cut into normal sized chunks but upon opening them, you quickly realise what you thought was several bits is really 2 large pieces not butchered at all. I was happy to pay a little more as you are on my route home but this is getting stupid now. Once this sort of rubbish starts, it just gets worse and worse so I'll be shopping elsewhere. Even if it means going out of my way. Poor effort."
"The best thing about Northpoint Meats (apart from both the product and the service) is their opening hours. Just after the recent flooding in south-east Queensland and supplies from Brisbane were at a standstill my husband and I called into this butcher in desperation. After work!! Not only was there plenty of meat on display, but the variety was also amazing. Since then we now head to Northpoint Meats every Monday (yes..after work) and we choose our meals for the week. This saves us so much time and in honesty, it also saves us money. Would highly recommend this butcher to anyone who wants a fantastic meal that's easy to prepare."
