"Ordered a margarita. Cheese, tomato and basil. Total sucker for basil so paid extra for extra basil and tomato. Zero basil on the pizza. Asked to talk to the manager, she puts a 15 year old worker on the phone, I kept asking to speak to the manager as it’s nothing to do with the kid and can hear her yelling in the background (I’m not talking to her etc etc) he’s trying to explain that I’m upset and want to talk to her. She refuses to discuss this issue with me and gives No support to her staff. Absolutely disgusting behaviour on behalf of the manager Anu. Taking into account that this pizza cost $21."
"Was in the area decided to give this place another try... It was down right awful the garlic bread was the soggiest and most burnt I have ever witnessed at the same time. The pizza was partial char yet no flavor from it, and mostly soggy, toppings all of them were undercooked we got a the works and meatlover. was notified twice "your name is *name* yes? It will be out in about 5 minutes" 15 minutes latter get the same thing and was seeing a order of 6 pizzas being made, then another 10 minutes I finally get my pizza however there was another customer that was waiting an hour and a half and I waited about 45 minutes yet I was leaving the door he was still waiting so priority was a key issue."
"Tried this out for the first time last night, got to say the staff were great. We were very disappointed with the garlic bread which was a few thin slices of cold soggy bread wrapped up in tin foil, dont think I've ever paid that much for garlic bread before either. The pizza bases were amazing, and the sauce was pretty good too, although here was a massive shortage of pepperoni, which is a shame given we ordered a Pepperoni Pizza. Both pizzas were over loaded with cheese which spoiled it a bit. But as I said, the base and sauce was great, they can build on that."
"Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread last night. The garlic bread was 4 large slices of soggy burnt, flavourless sourdough. We ordered a Hawaiian and The Works pizza. Both pizza very flavourless and plain. The Hawaiian pizza put together was sauce on the base then the ham was laid flat on the sauce followed by a thick 1cm topping of cheese (not a nice cheese) with speckles of pineapple sliding off the top of the thick cheese layer. Never have a seen a Hawaiian pizza made that way. Never want to see/eat it again. The Works pizza was flat, plain and overloaded with olives. Must have used an entire jar of sliced olives on the pizza. This is the 2nd time I've had take away pizza from here and the first experience was fantastic. The pizzas were fantastic. Hence why we ordered again. But this time we were severely let down by the quality of the pizza and garlic bread. The feeling it created put a thought in our minds to not order there again. Was disappointing. I hope if ever we get pizza again it's a better experience."
