"EDITED AGAIN…. After the below review was written, I received a phone call to organise my jewellery to be fixed, they even heavily discounted the price of repairing the clasp (which was out of warranty). EDIT ADDED….Unfortunately near on every piece I have purchased has fallen apart, which is not good enough for the price, I have purchased cheaper jewellery which is better quality. Very unfortunate as I do love the style and pieces. And customer service is horrible, have emailed 4+ times with only one semi response. …. Love the jewellery, it is pricey but it is also Australian made so I am happy to pay the price to support a local company. Designs are beautiful and postage is quick. Thank you for making such gorgeous one of pieces."

"I’ve been in three times this trip. Each time I had similar experiences. I dropped a younger cousin off earlier and she said she had also a similar experience. The customer service is terrible. One girl followed me around the whole store (I am POC) and watched me like a hawk. Gave her the benefit of the doubt, meanwhile other women came in who were (npoc) and her demeanor was way more inviting to the other women. Thought this was just one employee so I came in a second time with my niece and had different girls working and the assistant put expensive jewelry up at the bench and told the other girl she was putting them up so they didnt get stolen. Money is no issue for me and I certainly don’t dress like it is. Third time I came in we were followed again and watched around the jewelers and constantly asked if we could be helped when we already said we were fine and weren’t in the store for very long for the outcome of the question to change. Maybe get some better shop assistants or put the jewelers in a locked display cabinet so you don’t lose any more customers. Both three times I came in expecting to spend a lot of money for an outfit for a function but would have rather given my Money where I feel welcome. Not often I have to deal with closeted racism so I was really disappointed coming in and dealing with it every time we came."
