"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Had brought a pair of their own brand "ALPHA" around 8 months back, which was very expensive. I was told that it will have a year's warranty as it's their own brand. The shoes sole has started coming off and I've been to the store and complained about the problem, I was told the manager was sick and hasn't come to work, it's been 3 weeks, I've been trying to call them and everytime they have the same excuse."

"They seem to have a problem understanding Australian Consumer Law. Bought a pair of v. expensive Merrill walking shoes. Less than 6 months of light use and they started leaking and the sole coming off. They tell me I have no claim. We will see, but it’s an indicator of their attitude."
"Really fantastic service by Mr Kamal. He properly guide me about the shoes, thongs and about soles as well. As, i am suffering from plantar fasciitis for my both feet's. Before using athlete foot (Hoka) shoes I was really struggling a lot with pain. Kamal advised me properly about these shoes and now its going to be a one month i feel heaps better. I really don't have enough words to say thanks to him as he makes my life so easier. Much appreciated his service. Definitely in future I will get another pairs for HOKA shoes from this shop.
