"Bought tyre deflators and one had a manufacturing fault and couldn't be used. I contacted steering and suspension warehouse about it and sent a pic of the mean mother deflator that was faulty, without hesitation they sent me a full new set express post within the hour and it arrived on my doorstep the next day. It's hard to find these days a company with good after sales service. I will definitely do business with this company again and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of any of their products or services. Well done steering and suspension warehouse. "Had a quality new rear sway bar put on the Isuzu D Max by this crew and all I can say is great service from the counter to the guys out the back. They showed me the end result and talked me through any adjustment I may need if towing. Will be using them again for shore."

"Poor customer service. Places an order Thursday night and received nothing not even a confirmation email. I emailed Friday afternoon and got nothing until Monday. Received a pretty blunt email saying my order will leave "this week" to which I asked if they can be Express posted as it had taken now 3 days and the product hadn't even been shipped. Got an email back cancelling my order, apparently at my request which it wasn't. To bad if you ordered something cause you actually needed it. Very poor experience. About the only thing they did quickly was refund my money which I did not ask for."
