"Very helpful fellow that served us with what we needed , he said he was new to the team so well done , counter setup is very backwards being in the middle away from the customer counter and they have their backs to you asking your details doing invoices etc , found that a bit off putting to be honest."

"Not the best experience great product but customer service is extremely poor and rude once the $ are handed over. Had a bar and winch fitted which was sent out incomplete and wireless function on winch not working as the reciever wasn't even fitted just a bare power wire. Once fitted not even an apology, and rude when asked to show if it was actually working . Definitely not how you treat a customer when the job should have been sent out in working order !!!"
