"Ordered a X-large HSP from these guys last night. Was ridiculously overcharged. Price on the board said $20 and was charged $21?????? Like what's the extra dollar for? Opened the box to be disappointed by the half portion of meat and chips, with a sad side of "salads" for the second half (that I didn't order). First and last time I ever go here. If your thinking of trying this place out, do yourself a massive favour and keep walking. Lowest quality food for the most expensive price I've seen for a HSP. If there was a choice to give a negative star rating, I would give them a -5 stars. Wouldn't be surprised if my dog walked away from the food if I tried giving it to her. What a waste of money and time. Such a rip-off"

"Worst kebab shop I've been to and I go to lots. Ordered an extra large mixed HSP and recieved half a box of a HSP and a salad when there was absolutely no mention of a salad on the board, nothing written on the top when he wrote down mix and nothing mentioned in conversation about a salad. The board said $19.99 and I was charged $21 for some reason (I understand it's a dollar extra for cheese but I didn't ask nor did I receive any so I don't understand why I was overcharged). When asked about why I received half a salad the guy awkwardly asked if I wanted something else (which I did) and I felt frustrated so I just took what I had and left as he didn't look like he wanted to help and I am thinking he would have charged me more. Came here about a week ago an ordered an extra large mixed again and got 3/4th of a HSP with BBQ sauce randomly in the corner (instead of on top like the other two sauces were). Was annoyed by that because an extra $5 for barely a quarter more doesn't really justify the price difference. For the record I have been to upwards of 10 different kebab shops in the last two years as HSPs are my favourite food. My friend also bought the same thing as me and recieved the exact same meal (half a HSP and a random salad). Like the other reviews said if I could give it less than 1 star I would. Very dissatisfied customer."

"If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a falafel kebab and received chicken. When my partner called the restaurant he was told he had the wrong number. I called the same number and was told it was indeed the right number but after I made my complaint they said that they had not had an order that night (despite us receiving the order and confirming that it was the right store) and hung up on me."
