"Ordered to collect two thin and crispy pizzas..they were ready to collect at time stated. The quality of both was very disappointing both crusts were not crispy. The prawn pizza was wet with watery sauce.. prawns smelt wrong. Value for money was poor sent feedback via Domino app... nothing received no acknowledgement from Domino Pizza. Previous visit to this store was 3 yes earlier... Will not spend money on Domino east Toowoomba again."
"Pizza getting smaller and more expensive got the wrong crust, and the 16-year-old staff dude just shrugged his shoulders, saying that it sometimes happens. Very disappointing looks like Pizza Hut next time, or I'll just make my own!"
"I ordered pizza via delivery last night (I’m saying this with full understanding that workplaces get busy, I myself work in hospitality), but the delivery took over an hour after we ordered it. The original estimated delivery time was extended by over 30 minutes despite the app saying for those 30 minutes that the pizza was ready in store. As well as this, I specifically made sure that I put no pineapples on my pizza order, yet I still got them. Just read your orders please, it kinda ruined my night biting into a luke-warm pizza that took over an hour with pineapples still on it."
"Picked up three thin and crispy pizzas! None of them were crispy (should be called thin and floppy). They were all cold. The supreme was missing bacon completely. As your prices go up, the quality is going down. Very disappointing."
"Ordered 10 wings with no sauce and instead when I got the order it was missing one wing. Went back in and took them a good 5 plus minutes just to get one wing. I also let them know that the wing did not look like it was just oven cooked with no sauce but instead i was assured that it was the oven cooked. Tasted it and tasted like buffalo wings. They did not apologise but instead was told that they changed their seasoning on the wings and this is what the wings with no sauce taste like now. Which is a lie because I had ordered wings a few days prior the West Ridge joint and it did not taste anything like that. Over all terrible experience from food to customer service."
