"Walked into your store to purchase a lotto ticket. Woman was out the back and store was in darkness just before 5pm. Made a mistake with price of Thursday night quick pick lotto by 10cents being only my 2nd time to play. Was told by your shop assistant I need to put my glasses on. I said pardon? I don't wear glasses, only to get a reply from this lady I say that to all the customers when they can't read. I told her I had been going since 3am and she told me I needed to go home and go to bed."
