Welcome to Fire'N'Dough, an establishment located at 17 Lennox Street, Redland Bay, Australia. We are a food point of interest that specializes in the art of producing hand-stretched authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using the freshest ingredients. Our pizzas are cooked for 90 seconds in our 400-degree wood-fired ovens, resulting in a tantalizing experience for your taste buds.
Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large event, our mobile traditional wood-fired ovens will add a touch of romance and allure, creating a unique culinary experience that will elevate your guest's senses. Since our establishment in 2010 by Chef Simone, we have catered to events of all sizes, ensuring that we have the expertise to bring pizza to you, no matter the number of guests.
We offer continuous service of all the pizzas listed on our menu for up to 1.5 hours. The price per person is $28 for events with a minimum of 50 guests. For a more premium experience, we also offer a package designed for weddings, elopements, and special family events. This package includes a continuous service of our pizzas for up to 2.5 hours, with a price of $50 per person, exclusively available from Monday to Thursday and limited to 30-40 guests.
In addition to our delicious pizzas, we also offer optional extras such as hard and soft cheeses, meats, dips, and seasonal fruits. These can be added to your package for an additional cost per guest. For those looking for a light and refreshing option, we offer antipasto canapés perfect for pairing with your first drinks.
For those looking to add a special touch to their event, we offer a bridal grazing box, which can be enjoyed by the bridal party during the photo session. This can be added to your pizza package or purchased as a standalone package without pizza.
To make your experience even more convenient, we offer the option to order ahead of your occasion, and delivery is available to some areas. You can also find a special range of catering boxes in our online store.
You can find us at various markets, including the Emerald Lakes Markets in Carrara every Thursday from 3-7pm and the Sanctuary Markets in Currumbin every Friday from 4-9pm. We have also catered at some amazing venues and have worked alongside other great vendors, which we have listed on our website.

"We used Fire N Dough as our caterers for our wedding in March this year and I couldn’t of been happier with our choice! Right from the start the communication was amazing, happy to answer any question I had and when it came to the day everything ran smoothly and the food was amazing! The grazing platter tastes as good as it looks, the canapes and pizzas were thoroughly enjoyed by all, there was plenty for everyone and we even got to enjoy the leftovers the next day. To top it all off we also had the chocolate fountain on our dessert table which was also a big hit, and it’s safe to say no one left hungry! "We used Fire'N'Dough for our Wedding in April. Communication was simple and they were able to tweak their menus for more vegetarian/gluten free options. Sharing board was incredible, so many choices of meats, cheeses, dips, crackers etc. We then got Canapes which were very yummy and loved by all. The woodfire pizzas were fantastic, super tasty, and they came with salads. The food came quick, lots of it, and everyone enjoyed. All served on nice long wooden serving boards. Would 10/10 recommend using Fire'N'Dough for a wedding."
"We chose Fire N Dough for our wedding catering as we love their pizza and have always been impressed whenever we come across them at events. On the day the grazing and pizza were both beautiful, but the staff were miserable and rude which impacted our wedding and had multiple guests commenting about their attitude to us. There were 3 events that the business were covering on the day of our wedding and we were sent a team of young staff that looked annoyed to have to be working. Not a single smile, and when we approached them as bride and groom the main female staff member didn't even say hello, was reluctant to be helpful, and answered our questions with blunt responses. I reached out to Fire N Dough to explain the experience and our embarrassment at having guests commenting on how awful the teams attitude was but all I got was a very generic email response. Not even a phone call to apologise. I have recommended Fire N Dough to so many people but I would hate for anyone else to have the customer service experience we had."
