"We live in Cairns and have a rental property in Townsville. The bathroom floor had rotted and the bathroom needed a complete renovation, including a new floor. After trying unsuccessfully with many other builders who either didn't reply to phone calls and emails and one builder doubling his quote when we decided to go ahead, then another builder not even quoting and telling me 'good luck finding a builder who will do that job' I came across Allied Renovations and Construction. From the initial contact with Kristan I knew I had finally found a good building company! Because we had such confidence in Kristan and Ron, we bit the bullet and also added a kitchen renovation. Kristan's communication was clear, prompt and she sent photos of all the things like tiles and paint colours that she thought would work in this little old cottage. She kept us informed all the way through the project as we couldn't get down to Townsville until the job was completed, which was a week ahead of schedule. Ron's work was excellent. "We had Ron and the team come in to remove a wall that partitions our kitchen to loungeroom. A supporting beam was put in and we are so happy with the outcome. The workmanship is amazing and team were great in regards to communication and organisation. We will definitely use Allied again for any other renovation jobs we have around the house."
