He abruptly in a loud voice we have been trying to take you rims off that are to tight we have been trying for 45 mins to an 1 hour. We'll Wayne do the maths . My car was only in your store for 26 mins. The wheel you couldn't get off . When I got home it come straight off. So either you full it or your worker is. Nevertheless USED YOUR BUSINESS ONCE AND WILL NEVER RETURN. The lady that had the white bmw can verify my story"
