"As others have said, I wish I read the reviews. Lucky for me I had another car to utilise while I had my car without mirrors for weeks. Extremely unresponsive and irresponsible customer service. In short after them screwing up the order twice with almost 2 weeks inbetween each shipment (only to NSW) it then took 2 months to finally secure a refund after shipping them back their mirrors and calling quite literally every day. Brett was absolutely useless, I wouldn't trust him to remember his own birthday. I likely only ended up getting my money back as I had Josh pick up the phone a couple days ago. Unlike the rest of the team Josh was an extremely understanding and helpful bloke, who clearly holds the majority of the brain cells in the company. I would certainly do business with someone like Josh, I would not with Brett or the remainder of the company. Shame as the product does appear like nice quality, though if you can't cut a mirror to the correct car then you've got an issue with your product."

"Never use this business. Paid full price for missing parts after someone smashed my side mirror. Brett was amazing on first call and new all the parts I needed (I had a list from dealership as well) recieved package and warning light was missing. Company has net replied to any of my emails or called me about them and when I have called I get told they are checking with supplier and they don't know what happened. What happened is they took my money and did not send all the parts and now don't want to deal with me. I cannot wash my car as water will get into the hole and to make it worse it is winter and raining in Victoria. Off to consumer affairs I go ZERO STARS FIND ANYONE ELSE TO BUY FROM"
