"Great service, but please ask the sick staff to stay at home. Today 18thJuly 23 there was a female staff at 16.30 coughing everywhere, with no mask. And with the amount of people that visit the post office...the whole community will get sick. She touch all parcels and IDs and then the customers touch them... We havent learnt anything from the pandemic."
"The ladies at this post office are very experienced and professional. Between them, there are many, many years of experience and knowledge ensuring you will always get the correct information and service expertise. They are a sterling group of employees who I have had the pleasure of meeting with recently. I observed a great many happy customers every time I have been in this post office. To the person/s below who were complaining about the delivery of parcels: blaming this post office was unfair & irrelevant. The PO does not deliver your parcels, contractors do. To the person who complained about the processing of the passport and "Arther" - you must have the wrong post office. Cairns North doesn't process passports, nor does "Arther" work there."

"After just on 27 years having a PO Box at the North Cairns Post Office I surrendered the keys to my PO Box yesterday (28/02/2022). Having a whole month left on my prepaid rental I was expecting a refund, however, I was charged a cheeky cancellation fee to the value of the refund. The staff member was rude and aggressive and thankfully I won't be going to that Post Office ever again. The postal services have become very inadequate there with early closing times for certain postal services. It was once the best Post Office in Cairns, but it certainly isn't that any more, and hasn't been for some years. My recommendation is to go elsewhere in future."
