I am wheelchair bound and last week when I approached one of their delivery team members the lady tried to drive off and told me that I was too slow and taking my time and that 30 seconds is plenty of time for me to and used the word “roll” out to meet her. Absolutely atrocious. Please train your staff."

"Aus post won't even ATTEMPT to deliver packages, I've been litterally waiting with my front door open for a parcel due to arrive this morning and I've had an update saying "delivery attempted parcel taken to hermit park lpo" I have a doorbell camera that can show that nobody even came to my address at all and now I have to spend my time and money on my only day off to collect an item that I already paid delivery for, what a joke"
"The lady with the sharpie eyebrows was rude to myself and other customers in the store. I would not go here if I didn’t need to but my packages are sent here for collection. However I just want to say good job to the young girl with the brown hair that was working today, you are always polite and I feel sorry for you having to work with someone like that."
