"Friendly enough to take your money HOWEVER. When Glen gets picked up on the sub par job done and you want it rectified, the claws come right out. Orange peal left unbuffed, buffing gone through the paint. The car was unwashed when my wife picked it up (I spent all saturday cleaning the inside of the car) even one of my wheels got damaged. Glen even told me that for a "budget" job it was FANTASTIC. ( I never asked , nor was I ever told I was getting a budget job). I'll now have to find a competent shop to fix it all. Can NOT recommend."

"I had some damage on the rear of my car. The team took care of the main damage no problems. Very happy with their work however on closer inspection there were some top coat issues on the rear bumper that were pointed out to me by another professional. When I contacted Glenn about it, at first seemed like he would do what needs to be done to fix it as long as I come in. However after a few text messages, I was told not to text anymore (after asking if he would charge for taking another look at the job). Upon trying to book another appointment, he had a negative attitude to not being able to book it in as he was flat out. In conclusion: I would say definitely use this service however take photos prior to the repair and also inspect ALL aspects of the job as coming back to fix any repairs are frowned upon. Improvement on the service: - try to better your customer care - make sure you retain receipts - email confirmation of the job - don't tell clients not to text anymore (especially when the messages being sent are courteous)"
"Glen was totally professional in the handling of my job. The repair wasn't cheap however you get what you pay for and this job was the best. I had a fairly nasty scratch across the back of my car (pearl white with silver fleck) and after the repair it looks as good as new. Totally recommend this service!! Thanks so much."
