"I paid for items at the self checkout, went through on my account and was asked if I needed a receipt so knew it went through, the screen froze and showed that I had not paid. The employees were not helpful said that I would have to pay for items again and that the first payment would probably get refunded back. But if I did get charged twice that they could do nothing about it and to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and I did get charged twice so am now having to go through and request the money back. Employees couldn't seem to care less and where more interested in getting me out of the store than helping."

"Woolworths complaint. I had bought an electric toothbrush from them and when I went to return the item because it was not the correct one for my current needs. I was declined a refund. The item was not used and I only bought it 1 hour earlier it was also 3 times the price comparison to Coles so I asked them to at least price match. I was also declined. The woman that also served me was Very rude and short she also walked away from me half way through the conversation. For a food and services store I was deeply disappointed with their service and their prices."
