They won't refund a faulty product (they just keep blaming myself for incorrectly using it. Therefore, turning me into a was a repeat customer. Will not go here again!!!"
"Beware of getting gift vouchers from this retail shop, was given a gift voucher as a gift, went to use it, came up as invalid, apparently the card that was purchased only 4 days ago was old stock and wouldn't work, apparently this was my fault how this conclusion was reached when it was their staff that processed the voucher became my fault baffled me( go figure) further questions revealed that it was robins kitchen staff that didn't process the card properly and was told to present the receipt (even though it was a gift) thank goodness I have an understanding friend, absolutely no apology to myself and absolutely no suggestions or solutions from the staff, it was up to me to find a solution for THEIR mistakes after selling dodgy gift cards.... unbelievable , I know what I won't be giving as a gift to people come Xmas"
