"The hairdresser is very nice and kind but regarding the haircut it was my worst experience ever. I wanted to just shorten my fringe. I explicit said that I wanted to keep the shape. In the end I had a total different fringe shape than I had before. I even had to go to another hairdresser to adjust the fringe because there were still some strains that has been overlooked. I did not go back to Jo's Scissors of Gold because I had the fear that it would just get worse."
