"I used this repair shop group and I would like to give them 0 star like the previous writer said. They were rude, told lies and are pushing the car insurance hike up."
"I would not recommend this repair group. 1 star only because I can't give 0. After sending through the details of my repairs to them I have waited 4 months to be allocated a repair time. I factored in Christmas and New Year closures and was understanding that they were sourcing parts for my repair. However, I always had to follow them up to see where things were at and eventually after 3.5 months I was told to call the repair centre that my vehicle was going to be transported to directly to get a book-in date. When calling them they told me they weren't accepting vehicles via transport methods and to contact Fortress back. I did that and was told they will follow up and get back to me. 2.5 weeks later and a total of 4 months since initial contact, they have informed me that they cannot perform the repairs and I will need to go back to my insurer to organise another repairer. I was also told in this latest phone call that they have known they could not perform the repairs for 2 weeks and have been wanting to get on to me to let me know (but they have only attempted to contact me today)."
