"Pretty average Very limited range, staff weren't overly helpful I had to chase someone down just to ask just to see if they stocked the outfit I required only to just be told that "what we have is over there. If it's not there, we don't have it" I had to ask if they would be getting any, can I order them, do other stores have them in stock etc The whole experience was like pulling teeth Would up getting fed up and going to another store and got exactly what I wanted from helpful staff"

"I Feel very sorry for the older woman who served me today. Approached me wiping her eyes was clear she had been crying.. she was then very rude to me… Happy to provide examples if management care but maybe they need to care about why she was clearly upset at work. She wanted my name for the receipt probably to see if a complaint would be made about her but I just feel sorry for her. Hope whatever had upset her is resolved and she’s feeling better soon.. giving this place 1 star as the customer service needs improvement but even more so maybe they need to look at how they can support their team."
