Reviews of Cafe Eatz
"Beautiful roast pork sandwich. Love coming here for lunch. I do wish it wasn't as expensive, $12.50 for a sandwich seems like a lot. But quality is excellent."
"A Cafe called D Cafe @ DFood in DFO centre Cairns, very clean and spacious can sit inside or out. Nice view of mountains in distance. The staff were very friendly, the coffee was great, food was good, service excellent. Thank you."
"Bad and rude customer service. Be wary of foreign staff here speaking under their breath in filipino language about customers. It may be perceived as ok in other countries but in Australia that is very rude in that setting."
"Would have been 5 star as the food is always good here. However the prices now for things is astronomical. $6.20 for a 600ml coke. $6.40 for a small chips and gravy. $12.50 for a nothing but pork and gravy sandwich. $11.40 for a chicken, cheese and 3 salad sandwich. I know the price of things have gone up but not that much and maybe do some work and look at different suppliers or sourcing it yourself if it's that expensive."
"Terrible customers service and unprofessional cafe shop. I ordered a takeaway coffee in this shop this afternoon. A young lady took my order and made a coffee mocha for me. She was very skilled at completing my order. After I paid the money, I naturally start drinking the coffee. When I first drank this coffee, the coffee was too hot and even burned my tongue. I was very dissatisfied with the coffee I ordered, so I walked back to the coffee shop and asked them to make another one. I was very surprised by another older staff. She took the coffee I ordered and added a little ice milk to balance the temperature without asked my intention. I am not a professional barista, but I know to make a coffee needs to match the right temperature milk, not just simply add cold milk. Especially this was made from an official cafe shop and this cup of coffee cost $5.7. This is definitely rubbish. I really regretted entering the coffee shop and ordered a coffee."
