"My mother took her computer to this to store to get a quote to fix it. We asked for a written quote and never received one. My mum specifically told the guy on the phone not to fix the computer as she had found out they are not an authorised certified apple repair store. Anyway found out they fixed it anyway even after my mother told them she decided she did not want to fix it and that she was going to get a new Mac Desktop and was going to take to her local repair shop to get her data off the hard drive from the old one instead of fixing it. Don't know what is so hard to understand and no we are not paying the bill for something we did not want you to do."

"Took my computer in to get it looked at as it stopped working. I told them I lived out of town and that I’d appreciate if it could get looked at fixed if possible in that one day so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to cairns to pick it up another day. I received a call about 2 hours later saying they could fix it and it was completed before the end of the day! Thank you so much for your help and your amazing customer service. The people who work here are lovely and I highly recommend them."
