"I took my time to really think about this review and after a couple of weeks I can’t go higher than a 2 star rating. This rating was selected due to two factors: customer service and job quality. I contacted Warpac over the phone at the end of May regarding a tow bar installation for my Ute. I was after a 750kg but was told that the only option for me was the maximum 1600kg towbar. The customer service over the phone was poor as they were rude and abrupt. Once I put down a deposit I was told that the towbar would arrive within 1-2 weeks. These days everything takes a bit longer with the postal service but when it got to a month after I put down my order, I called up a couple of times over different days and no one answered their phone so after 5 weeks of hearing nothing from Warpac, I went in to ask what was going on as I had heard absolutely nothing. When I walked into their office I asked what has happened to my order. I was told that it had arrived the week prior and then they immediately asked me when I wanted it installed. No apology or anything about the delay and you could tell that they didn’t care with their attitude. Next day I got the towbar installed and I was quite happy with it until I got home and looked inside my tray. I was not expecting to see two plates on the inside of my tray with bolts that go through. I was also not expecting to see that they crooked or to see that the bolts were installed on an angle. The damage is now done to my tray so there is no point in getting the towbar refitted correctly. While my Ute is no show piece, the quality of workmanship is very disappointing and definitely not worth the full labour costs. So with the disappointing quality of workmanship and the poor customer service, I will never be going back to Warpac. I’ll be telling friends and family not to go through Warpac unless they wanted to be treated poorly and have a poor quality product at the end."
