"They can’t seem to identify the correct parts even when a genuine part number has been provided and a clear label on the part indicating the difference between a M/T and an A/T, me being a female I have no doubt they tried to pull a swiftly. They tried to get out of giving me a refund for the $110 that I paid and are now delaying the refund for as long as possible and couldn’t make their lack of care any clearer. The parts are also way over priced as I ended up getting a brand new part for $160 and the existence of good service seems rather selective."
