"Situated in the Kuranda market place area this is a family friendly butterfly aviary that doesn't fail to enchant children and grown ups alike. Admission is by fee, $15-20 dollars for adults. The active breeding program is open to the public in the adjacent breeding lab. Staff are friendly and will provide short guided tours for free. There is ample metered parking, public facilities along with restaurants and cafes."
"Amazing beauty and astounding wildlife. We were impressed with how large the valley is and with all of the beautiful birds and other wildlife."
"It was a great day for the whole family and a wonderful clear day for the trip. The scenic railway trip had continuous audio playing sharing information about the area, in particular the railway line. The falls were very nice and would have been great after a rain"
