I understand the pressures receptionist experience from time to time, but if you don't have people skills, than maybe consider a career change. The Dr's are on comparison with other centre's."

"I'm a carer for a elderly lady who has recently lost her husband of 63years. Dr Wallace was so very kind and compassionate after she was widowed and needed to see a Doctor. Dr Wallace is also now my Doctor, he actually listens to your concerns, a wonderful Doctor and Human Being. Contrary to some of the reviews, I have also found the front desk staff to be welcoming and polite. They have always assisted me with my queries, but then again I am always polite to them, it's not an easy job in such a busy surgery and the staff do a fantastic job"
