Child's World Early Learning Centre

Welcome to Child's World Early Learning Centre, located at Bentley Park in Australia. Since 1993, we have been providing exceptional early childhood education and care for children in the Cairns community. Our centre is conveniently situated at 2 Borrowdale Close, next to Bentley Park College and in close proximity to local schools, Mount Sheridan Plaza Shopping Centre, and just a short 10-minute drive from Cairns CBD.

At Child's World, we operate four fully accredited and licensed childcare and kindergarten centres, offering a range of programs to cater to children from 6 weeks old (Nursery) to Kindergarten/Pre-School. We also provide Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring that we support families throughout the year. Our centres are open Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 6:30pm, providing flexibility for working parents.

Each of our four centres features five separate, private, and well-equipped age-specific rooms. These rooms create a stimulating learning environment, tailored to enhance each child's development and individual needs. Our dedicated team of qualified teachers and educators are passionate about providing the foundational knowledge, skills, and behaviors that enable children to participate, learn, and succeed.

Child's World Early Learning Centres is proudly owned and operated by a local Cairns family with over 30 years of experience in the early childhood education profession. We are committed to supporting the Cairns community, as well as local junior sporting clubs. Our team's decades of experience and knowledge set the benchmark in early childhood education, ensuring that your child receives the best start in their educational journey.

At Child's World, we strongly believe in age-appropriate play and experiences that allow children to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. We prioritize safety and care, providing you with peace of mind as your child embarks on a lifetime of learning. Our fully funded Kindergarten Program for 4 to 5-year-olds ensures that children are well-prepared for their transition to school.

In addition to our comprehensive educational programs, Child's World Early Learning Centre offers optional swimming lessons at our AUSTSWIM gold accredited swim school. Our swimming program is designed to cater to each child's individual needs, focusing on water safety and progressive skill development. From foundational swimming skills to stroke development and advanced survival strategies, we ensure that children are confident and safe in and around water.
