"Last week I brought a faulty phone charger that they wouldn't refund because the box was open. Sunday night my son and I grabbed a few ice creams, that were expired so when we went back they still wouldn't refund us our money. Also the lady in front of us was trying to get a refund for a phone top up that hadnt printed our properly (all the right sides had no ink) It just seems like the staff here are impossible to deal with. Even though this is my closest convenience store, I will go an extra 5mins to the next store down. One star was too much in my opinion because anyone that dosent look after their customer, does not deserve returning customers!"
