Saskia was my first point of contact and she was incredibly helpful, supportive and informative. Special mention to Bela & Shayleigh on the admin team for all of your patience and information while I was trying to navigate NDIS, as well as your friendly smiles as we walk into the clinic. Since then, we have been seeing Lumi, one of the psychologists and Serina, an OT and I have nothing but praise for them. My son is often very intimidated by new people but with their manner and personality, I was pleasantly surprised when he instantly took to both of them in the first session!
