"Bough a big 4 letter balloon for my goddaughter birthday had it helium the girl served me didn't tight the string well, at the carpark loss the balloon left only the string in my hand. When back the lady in-charge saw the balon stuck on the carpark roof didn't want to replace another one. I'm not paying another $15."
