Disgusting staff has no work ethics or customer skills. I got a better offer anyway from another jewellery shop mens gold rings which is Michael Hills a way better store. Not going again to prouds at smithfield."
"horrible experience! Husband bought beautiful earrings but the quality of the gold is only 9ct so I had an allergic reaction to nickel! Went back with receipt to try to have them fitted with 18ct instead and was just told that they have gold products and dont know why I would have a reaction. Know your gold better and dont sell $400 earrings that are of such a poor alloy mix!"
