"After being charged for an extra Item I did not purchase, I rang and just let them know. More of a courtesy call more than anything. I then found the the wrong sized bra had been sent home with me ( it had been put back on the rack by another staff member) Emily went and "retrieved" it. Eye rolling and excuses are not my idea of good customer service. Emily then went on to say I was in the wrong...WOW! Out of pocket in Ubers with no genuine apology ( apparently I misunderstand or didn't hear her apology).... I work in retail and let me tell you this was at it's worst. Appalling I'm actually gobsmacked at just how bad is was. If you would like to contact me for further discussion about this, I would be more than open for one.... you have my details."
