One day they noticed he was a bit under the weather so they put his in a separate air-conditioned room to rest and they called me - very, friendly and considerate staff. Poochies also do grooming and de-shedding. I highly recommend them."

"This is the best puppy day care EVER!!! Due to our reactive groodle’s anxiety, he requires a supportive environment when we’re at work. As he cannot be left alone for long periods of time, we wanted to find a daycare that can handle him. While he is not aggressive, he does react to certain situations like new people or new dogs, so he needs extra attention. We originally chose another day care near poochies bungalow that made us feel that our dog was ‘different’ or ‘an inconvenience’ to them. We contacted poochies unsure of our options & feeling really negative about our situation. Alison, Zion, Shoulee and the team were extremely understanding and made us feel welcomed straight away. The difference between poochies and any other daycare in cairns is that they truely care for your dog. Their team knows every dog by name and their unique personality traits. In addition, it's very difficult to find a groomer in Cairns who doesn't make your dog look patchy, and Alison's grooming is always top-notch 10/10. Their love for animals is so profound that they even have birthday parties to celebrate them with balloons, cake & photos! Life is to short to leave your dog at home by themselves. Poochies can be an excellent option if you are financially able, as your pup will be living their best life and getting the exercise and socialization they require."
