"Worst customer service and support ever. Good at over charging and up sales. Brought a zodiac e pump was ensure ideal for running a spa after the technician smoked 1 pump and 2 controllers it ran. The spa heater then would not work. Raised the issue and only wanted to sell a new heater with no diagnosis. Brought a small cheap eBay pump and spa functions correctly. Still 0 support and a lot of money wasted very disappointed."
