"Came in to willows pandora with a couple jewellery pieces (ring with Dimond missing, open ring that stacked and that had snapped in half, and charm braclet that clasp had broken off from) collected from over the year and came in store with it all today to ask about any adjustments or replacements and the lady (was unable to get name) came over to serve us, and from the start had a very rude attitude and when we gave the jewellery she diddnt give any interest and felt very judged about coming in today. Although she did tell us she wouldn’t be able to help us today she didn’t explain why. Just honestly disappointed, showing poor customer service and making us feel judged and uncomfortable."
