"Really disappointed with our purchase of the Murkani Nurturer Necklace. Have owned the necklace for three months and have worn it almost every day. Unfortunately we were not advised at the time of purchasing the necklace that it is not to be worn everyday, showering or sleeping. Have never purchased a piece of jewellery that is gold plated, so unfortunately was unaware. If we had known this at the time we wouldn’t have purchased it. It’s a shame the necklace is such poor quality for the price of $199. Went into the store and was basically told due to wearing the necklace every day it is highly unlikely to be warranted. Staff were ok, we were given the option to send away, however due to our bad experience with the silver shop quality we have chosen not to send away as it will not be worn nor will we purchase jewellery from this store again."
