"Absolutely shocking.. purchased my wedding ring set in August last year, didn't get married until late November.. in 8 months I've had my rings, I've sent them away 3 times for repairs as diamonds keep falling out! I've asked for a refund and they've refused. After them holding my rings for 2 months, they then send them back with a request to exchange. After I couldn't find a ring I wanted an exchange I asked to take my original ring back and its still not repaired so have to wait another 10 business days to get it back. It has been away to get fixed a total of 4 months. So only got to wear my rings for about 4 months on and off. Staff hasn't always been the most understanding or willing to deal with the situation."

"Absolutely appalling quality sold here. Brought my wife's engagement ring, my wedding ring and my partners wedding ring also. We chose a beautiful ring full of diamonds although after 6 months of wearing it it's has been in for repairs 3 times now due to poor quality claws holding the diamonds in so over 3 months away for repairs in 6 months. The store manager has also personally said to my wife that unfortunately they are poorly made then come time to refund also stated there is no defect ?. We have requested a refund multiple time with the old excuse we don't do them. We will end up eventually getting a refund through legal avenues although I'd hate for someone else to experience the same disappointment we have experienced with their service and recommend buying your rings somewhere that actually take pride and responsibility in a product they sell."

"Sales guys are great, I've given them many customers because of word of mouth. But the store manager is quite rude and bossy. I try not to be a Karen but that was very sad to see. I had gone in their to put $150 on a $500 watch but then was tempted to go buy a $3000 watch until I met the manager. Very disappointed."

"Attended this store today to look at a men’s bracelet worth $17,000.00 the sales person the proceeded to show me a bracelet half the the price. when asked for the best price on the $17,000.00 bracelet the lady told me that she would need a commitment off me before taking it to her boss. Made me feel like we couldn’t afford it and as if we didn’t have the money to buy it. What she didn’t realise was if she actually come back to us with a small discount I would of bought the bracelet on the spot. Never judge a book by its cover!!! Will never return to this store!"
