"Wouldnt even give them a start. I asked for a proof of purchase as I bought diamond earrings and they are refusing to give me one, any other jeweller in townsville would be more then happy to give a proof of purchase as they are real diamonds. Further more they want me to pay to get my jewellery evaluated when they havent even left the store yet as they are brand new almost every other jeweller does it for free especially when you have just spent $1000 in store, they are a complete rip off and I will not ever go back."
