"Terrible experience with undisclosed costs and poor communication. They couldn't give me an estimate on the day which when it was lodged days later, I ended up paying back thousands with no explanation why. Would not return calls or emails."

"Austax do not get the maximum tax credits back as advertised. In fact they tell you nothing and when you ask accountant where you can save on tax they say that's financial advise and you have to book an appointment with their financial advisor who then tell you to then tell the accountant. What a joke that's what accountants are there for but not at Austax. You get high accounting fees poor service and try and gouge further money out of you. This issue of concerns and service has been going on for years with me and when you challenge their performance and business ethics and credibility they refuse to do your tax which is quite humorous because they were already sacked. Austax you are a joke, you do not work for your clients to reduce tax liabilities unless there is more money in it for you. Totally disgusted in your service, expertise, skills and knowledge but you get 5 stars for the high costs and unprofessional conduct. I had to give you one star to post the review but in reality you do not get that from me as a business person myself."
