"I haven't actually used them but my bus stop is next to where they do a drop off at a shopping centre. Twice now i've seen the driver have a fit because the loading dock is also a taxi rink (and LABELLED/SIGNED as such). The first time it was an uber driver and he was screaming and swearing at him as he tried to pick someone up from the rink and assist his customer with their shopping. The second time it was a taxi and he couldn't be heard due to windows up, but the beeping and hand flailing was language enough. Driver needs to learn that the loading dock isn't actually his and his alone"
