"- Would not recommend this place, unless you like getting yelled at and wasting time and money. - Terrible customer service: Simon Tuxworth, the individual who runs the operation, based on my experience, is very confrontational and treats his staff very poorly, yelling at them for making mistakes - His company confirmed that goods had been delivered on a certain date and I had made plans around this at great expense, flying to pick them up. By no fault of ours, the goods had not been delivered and instead of rectifying the situation, his employees and Simon himself yelled at me, blaming me for relying on the promise his company had made and not understanding the nuances of the trucking industry - Very difficult and unprofessional company to deal with - eventually he did deliver the goods later that day, but made it seem like he was doing me a favour instead of upholding the promise he had made me. He did not apologise once for his conduct or his company's mistake."
