"This has been our first experience of childcare and the team here have been fantastic. They have been incredibly helpful and engaging, sometimes the difficult conversations they handle well and as early years educators and leaders, they genuinely do have the desire to bring out the best in the children. Most importantly they work WITH YOU AND US the parents tp see how best they can support the child/children tp be their better selves. We need to acknowledge that they are NOT there to be parents but rather there to support and guide the children and make their experiences in the centre enjoyable. They have done this tremendously well and as subjective as our experiences are individually, I believe if you treat all our educators with respect and teach your children to treat them equally with the same level of respect, it builds a healthy relationship between the parents, the children and the educators. Thank you to Lorraine, Jemma, Miss V, Euphiria and the entire team there for working exceptionally hard to ensure our children are comfortable and enjoying their experiences. PS... Talk to your educators, be honest about your children's development and challenges and engage with them. They are there after all to support you."

"My 3 year old son has been telling me how much he loves the Play and Learn Early Learning Centre. I as a incredibly busy man who does animation doesn't have alot of time spending with my child. I'm glad that he enjoys this very much, and it's all thanks to the support and kindness the workers treat these kids. Everyday when I pick him up he ways has a smile on his face, and I'm grateful for that."

"This centre i cannot stand, they did nothing to help, they were terrible in talking to other kids including me. They did not give kids food for late afternoon tea (4 small crackers) Then a staff member decided to sit there and eat the food. when the kids say they are hungry. There was a email about how that is terrible. Then the centre director said this should not be happening should this never have happened and never stopped. This is a matter where i would never put myself a job there. Nor put my children there. When i have being wanting to do childcare for 12 years i know what it takes to care for a child. I sat there and watched a kid being spoken to. I would never ever in my lifetime or in the future treat a child like that. Also the kindy bus driver would leave us in the bus. And not care. They are careless have the right to speak to kids like that. I can tell you what i saw from my 3 years being there. Do not pick this centre!!!"
